Please go to your device settings:

Settings → Accessibility → Per-App Settings → (Add this under App Customisation if the ZIIP app is not showing) ZIIP Beauty → Larger Text, you can then edit the size of the text here.

Once updated, return to the ZIIP App and it should display normally, allowing you to continue using it.

ZIIP App Additional Steps

Please ensure your app is updated to the latest version:

iPhone Users – Version 3.8.5

Go to the Apple App Store and update the ZIIP App if prompted.

After updating, reopen the app and check functionality.

You may still need to adjust text size using the steps above.

Android Users – Version 3.8.4

Check your app version in phone settings → Apps → ZIIP App.

If it is not Version 3.8.4, please update via the Google Play Store.

You may still need to adjust text size using the steps above.
